Q. What is the next step after I apply? 
A. We will contact your attorney's office and gather documents that will help us evaluate your claim. 

Q. What documents do you review?
A. We will be looking for crash/accident reports, your initial treatment records, and any other record that may help our office evaluate your claim and deliver the most money possible to you. 

Q. How long will it take? 
A. We will contact your attorney's office within 24 hours of receiving your completed application, and we will also provide you a text or email update within that same time frame. As soon as we receive all of the documents that we need, we will make a funding decision within 24 hours (or 48 hours if it is a large funding request). Once our attorneys make an approval, we will call you right away and make your funds available within 24 hours of approval. 

Q. What's the Free Money Guarantee?
A. Once your funding is approved by our attorneys and you select your preferred method of payment, we will make your funds available for you within 24 hours. If we go a minute over those 24 hours, we will send you $200, absolutely free. 

Q. Do you consider my credit?
